A 30-Day period begins March 1, 2025, and ends March 30, 2025, to request the inclusion of eligible farmland in a certified Seneca County Agricultural District.

Submit proposals by mail, in person at the Seneca County Planning Department (1 Dipronio Drive, Waterloo, NY 13165), or email at jdarling@co.seneca.ny.us. 

Required information includes tax map number, property address, landowner contact information, and a brief land description. Optional paper applications are available at the Planning Department or on the county’s website at https://www.senecacountyny.gov/gov/admin/planning/agriculture-in-seneca-county/ .
