Cider Making

Are you thinking about starting a cidery? With the rapid growth of the hard cider industry, many people in Seneca County, the Finger Lakes and around New York State are interested in making cider and apple producers are starting to grow apple cider varieties. We’ve put together a list of resources available to people interested in growing cider apples or starting a commercial cidery.
