Youth ages 9+ are invited to learn about hunting, conservation, and wildlife in this hands-on 4-H Shooting Sports workshop. Please note: this is not a hunter safety course.

  • An Introduction to Hunting and Conservation
  • Wildlife Identification, Habitat, and Behavior
  • New York State Hunting Rules and Regulations
  • Wild Game Cooking – Venison Meatballs with Mo Tidball, CCE Nutrition Issue Leader and creator of www.wildharvesttable.com

Materials and lunch will be provided.

Fee

$5 for current 4-H members. $20 for non-members (which includes handouts and 1 year 4-H membership)
