With temperatures and snow falling, winter is a perfect time to enjoy hot, hearty soups at mealtimes. By making soups at home you can choose your ingredients for a healthier option that is highly nutritious and cost effective. To help you in doing this, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Seneca County (CCE Seneca) is hosting 2 workshops, one in Waterloo and one in Ovid, to be led by CCE Seneca’s Master Food Preservers and nutrition staff.
