Just in time for the holidays, you will be learning how to create your own charcuterie trays with specialty meats and all the items from the past year’s workshop series.Come join our charcuterie expert Mo Tidball as she shows us the art of meats.

Teachers: Mo Tidball, CCE Nutrition Educator and Pam Lane, Master Food Preserver.
