10am Healthy Breakfasts with Eat Smart NY. Learn new recipes and tips to start your day right from Cornell Cooperative Extension nutrition staff.
11am Farm to School - CCE is working with NYS Department of Ag & Markets to bring more local produce into school cafeterias.Try some Farm to School recipes, check out our apple slicer, and learn more about this exciting program.
11:30am  Wild Harvest Table culinary tips for preparing and consuming wild game and fish. The creator of www.wildharvesttable.com will share recipes and tips to prepare gourmet wild game dishes at home.
Noon Food Preservation - Learn how to safely can (pressure canning and boiling water bath), freeze, and dehydrate local foods in the peak of flavor and freshness.Master Food Preservers from Cornell Cooperative Extension will lead a demonstration and provide samples and information to safely preserve food at home.
1-2pm Steve Kinne from Woody's Bar and Grille and Killians Events at the Quality Inn in Waterloo will be doing a demonstration on garde mange, using food to decorate.
2-3pm Wegman’s Chef Michael Macaluso from the Geneva store will be cooking up samples from the Wegmans Summer Menu Magazine.
3-4pm Cheese! Come sample locally made cheeses from Seneca County producers. Taste the difference between goat’s milk and cow’s milk cheeses, hard and soft cheeses, and even get a recipe to make cheese at home.
4-5pm Executive Chef and owner Casey Galloway from Café XIX in Seneca Falls will be highlighting local favorites from her restaurant. Come sample a bite and check out the seasonal menu from Café XIX.

1-4pm Junior Iron Chef Competition open to teams of Middle and or High School Students. Watch youth repurpose vendor food from the festival into something different and earn an opportunity to go on to the state fair.
