Buy Local

Here in the heart of the Finger Lakes there are endless options for buying and growing locally produced food. Whether you have your own garden, shop at farmers’ markets, farm stands, U-pick sites, or visit the farms directly you will find fresh, delicious produce to enjoy throughout the year.

Our Buy Local Campaign aims to foster the environmental, economic and social vitality of our community by increasing the connections between consumers and farmers. Through outreach, marketing, and special initiatives we seek to raise individual and institutional awareness about the benefits of buying fresh locally grown and made products and to make local food an integral part of daily life.
