CCE Seneca work highlighted in Cornell Chronicle

This video and story was done by the Cornell Chronicle about Mark Lin, Sam Peachy and their collaboration on Shiitake Mushrooms and Sauce. Judy has been instrumental in helping Mark and Sam with this, as was Judson Reid from our Cornell Vegetable Program. And Mo helped create the nutrition labels! This is just a huge success story.
