The Seneca County Farm to Table Dinner will be an opportunity for anyone in the Finger Lakes to meet the farmers providing the food for the dinner and learn more about our bountiful local foods and the farms that produce them for our enjoyment.
Dinner will start with a tasting of 15 award winning cheeses from Muranda Cheese Company followed by a meal featuring:
*A locally sourced white vegetable lasagna will be available for non-meat eaters*

ABOUT FARM TO TABLE
The ‘farm to’ movement is not a new concept but one that has been revived with a purpose of having locally produced foods served in restaurants, school cafeterias and other institutions. The term farm to table seems to cover the overall scope of the ‘farm to’ movement. Those supporting the farm to table movement have their reasons for support, which include but are not limited to the freshness and seasonality of locally sourced food (especially this time of year), providing support for local farms and being able to know who is growing your food.
