CCE Seneca is continuing their 2019 Food Preservation Series with a class on making Kombucha, a healthy fermented tea. 

Sue Petersen, Clinical Nutritionist is coming to brew up some Kombucha with you! Kombucha is a fermented effervescing healthy drink. Come learn about the benefits of this delicious mysterious beverage and how you can make your own flavored Kombucha for pennies. Angel Landis will also cover how to make kefir water!

Participants will receive educational materials, taste samples, and learn the know-how to make kombucha at home.
