Baking bread from scratch is a very satisfying process, plus you know exactly what all the ingredients are! There are many different bread products on the market with varying health claims. What is a whole grain anyway and why are they important to eat? Why would you want to add sprouts to your bread? Join us to learn the facts about whole grains and sprouts and some ways to make healthy whole grain breads with ease from the Seneca County CCE nutrition staff.
