Mo Tidball, Master Food Preserver and creator of The Wild Harvest Table, will show you how to safely can meat, both farm-raised and wild game, in a pressure cooker.

If the power goes out or you are looking for a quick meal, canned meat is a great thing to have in the pantry. She can also test your pressure canner gauge if you bring it to the workshop.
