Shelley Pletcher, Master Preserver, will be giving away her secret roasted Roma tomato sauce and letting us in on the best ways to preserve using freezing techniques. You will not want to miss this because by far it will be the best sauce you have ever tasted. You will gain the knowledge on how to freeze food, what is the best food to freeze, why you would want to freeze over canning. Bring a small canning jar to take home a yummy sample for later.
