Derek Simmonds, agricultural economic development specialist, will be helping you learn how to bid for and purchase bulk local produce, making your food preservation even more affordable.
Come for part or all of the auction to get some tomatoes, peppers, peaches, or other produce to bring home and eat fresh or preserve for a delicious treat this winter.
