TUESDAY, MARCH 28: Conference

Multiple tracks include sessions covering legal issues, tax issues, marketing, distribution, beer and cider production issues as well as sessions on malting barley, hops and cider apples. Hear from Federal and New York State Government officials, craft beverage industry representatives, university researchers and extension educators, brewers, cider makers, and distillers about important topics related to your business and industry. The event includes a trade show and opportunities for networking (including a Social Hour following the sessions) with others in your industry.

COST: $85/person ($75 for each additional person from the same brewery/ cidery/farm); price includes a light breakfast, lunch, an evening social hour and a 2017 Finger Lakes Craft Beverage Conference T-Shirt.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29: Field Trips

COST: $30/person includes a continental breakfast. 2 field trips are planned, choose 1.

The Brewery Field trip will include a trip to Bottomless Brewery. They will be brewing one of their beers while we are there -explaining the steps as they brew.
The Cidery Field trip will include a visit to Cummins Nursery and Redbyrd Cidery.
