Institute for Food Safety at Cornell University - you can find useful links to resources to help address your specific questions regarding COVID-19. We will continue to provide updates to these resources as the situation changes and new information becomes available.

EDEN - FDA offers assurance about food safety and supply for people and animals.

FoodKeeper App by Foodsafety.gov The FoodKeeper helps you understand food and beverages storage. It will help you maximize the freshness and quality of items. By doing so you will be able to keep items fresh longer than if they were not stored properly. It was developed by the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service, with Cornell University and the Food Marketing Institute. It is also available as a mobile application for Android and Apple devices.

Food Product Dating by USDA -"Best if Used By" is a type of date you might find on a meat, poultry, or egg product label. Are dates required on these food products? Does it mean the product will be unsafe to use after that date? Here is some background information answering these and other questions about product dating.
