4-H Virtual Fair Showcase

We are excited to offer a Virtual Fair Showcase this year!

Projects will be evaluated Monday, August 17th - Thursday, August 20th.

If you are unable to submit your projects, due to prior commitments, for local evaluation prior to the “next level” honor we will accept entries the week of August 24 - August 28 as well.

There will be many ways that you can have your 4-H projects evaluated.

Please consider participating even if you only wish to enter one or two projects.

All projects typically accepted for Fair entry can be included: NYS Fair Book. We ask that you limit your entries to no more than 5 per section and understand that there is a time limit of 45 minutes for one on one evaluation. Please plan accordingly to present your projects in the time allotted.

All projects evaluated will be considered for the “next level” honor of being included in a static display at Strong Museum of Play from August 24th – September 7th.

If your project is an animal showmanship project or a perishable item you will be asked to submit a photo for display. We can not take every project to the museum as multiple Finger Lakes counties have been offered this opportunity, therefor other projects will be displayed in local store fronts.
