The 2025 4-H Youth Fair is Wednesday, July 30 through Saturday, August 2 at the Union Springs Fire Department located at 257 Cayuga Street in Union Springs, NY .

Added to the schedule will be additional opportunities offering hands-on experiences & displays for the public. Be on the lookout for our all new Outdoor Skillathon at the Fair this year!

Each summer, 4-H Youth have an opportunity to share and showcase the projects they've been working on, at the 4-H Youth Fair. The public is invited to come Thursday-Saturday and see what the youth in Cayuga and Seneca County 4-H are doing in the areas of animal science, plant science projects, entomology displays, home economics and photography.

Thursday, July 24

5:00 pm: 4-H Dog Show at Finger Lakes Mall, Auburn (Public Welcome)

Saturday, July 26

1:00 pm: Market Auction Poultry Show at Ward O’Hara Agricultural Museum (Public Welcome)

Tuesday, July 29

6:00 pm: 4-H Youth Building Exhibit Judging (Exhibitors Only)

Wednesday, July 30

3:00-6:00 pm: Livestock Move In, State Vet on premises (Exhibitors Only)

Thursday, July 31 (Public Welcome to all events except morning meeting)

8:00 am - Morning Meeting

10:00 am - Sheep herding exhibition

12:00 pm - 4-H Poultry Show

12:00 pm - Dairy Judging Clinic

2:00 pm - 4-H Goat and Sheep Showmanship, Market Auction Show, and Breed Show

Friday August 1 (Public Welcome to all events except morning meeting)

9:00 am - 4-H Beef and Swine Showmanship, Market Auction Show, and 4-H Breed Show

2025 Cayuga County 4-H Youth Fair - FairEntry.com

Deadline to ENTER EXHIBITS is JUNE 15!

Please enter all and any livestock and static exhibits that you may consider bringing to Fair. If projects are not Fair ready on July 30th you may scratch these entries without any repercussion, but no projects can be added after the June 15 deadline.

IMPORTANT: Please enter all of your potential exhibits in the Fair entry system. If you entered 4-H projects with Fair entry before you will continue to use the same credentials that you did before. Please let us know if you have any questions. We will offer some office hours for support as well. Please let us know ASAP if you are in need of this support.
