We are very excited and grateful to experience the Fair this year with Cayuga County CCE!

Deadline to ENTER EXHIBITS is JUNE 15!

Please enter all and any livestock and static exhibits that you may consider bringing to Fair. If projects are not Fair ready on July 30th you may scratch these entries without any repercussion, but no projects can be added after the June 15 deadline.

IMPORTANT: Please enter all of your potential exhibits in the Fair entry system. If you entered 4-H projects with Fair entry before you will continue to use the same credentials that you did before. Please let us know if you have any questions. We will offer some office hours for support as well. Please let us know ASAP if you are in need of this support.

2025 4-H Youth Fair DRAFT Schedule

Added to the schedule will be additional opportunities offering hands-on experiences & displays for the public. Be on the lookout for our all new Outdoor Skillathon at the Fair this year!

Saturday July 26

3 pm: Market Auction Poultry Show at Ward O’Hara Agricultural Museum (Public Welcome)

Wednesday July 30

3-6 pm Livestock Move In, State Vet on premises. (Exhibitors Only)

6 pm: 4-H Youth Building Exhibit Judging (Exhibitors Only)

Thursday July 31 (Public Welcome to all events)

8 am – Meeting

10 am – Sheep herding exhibition

12 pm – 4-H Poultry Show

12 pm – Dairy Showmanship Clinic

2 pm – 4-H Livestock Showmanship, Market Auction Show, and 4-H Breed Show (Goats & Sheep)

Friday August 1 (Public Welcome to all events)

8 am - Meeting

9 am - 4-H Livestock Showmanship, Market Auction Show, and 4-H Breed Show (Beef and Hogs)

4 pm – 4-H Dairy Showmanship

7 pm – All Animal Costume Show

11 am – 4-H Rabbit and Cavy Show

1:30 pm – Political Leader’s Show

3 pm – 3rd Annual 4-H Market Livestock Auction

5 pm – Tentative Release Time for all 4-H Animals and Youth Building Projects
