Learn from the best, the Cornell Maple Program, at this introductory program covering the basics of making maple syrup.

Aaron R. Wightman, Senior Extension Associate, NYS Maple Specialist, Arnot Maple Lab, and Co-Director, Cornell Maple Program will present to participants how to make maple syrup. This program is intended for backyard-beginners or as a refresher for amateur maple producers.

Aaron will bring his expertise and experience to Cayuga County on Wednesday October 16, and the same program will be offered in Schuyler County on Wednesday October 23. Anybody can attend either program.

Registration cost is $13 and includes cheese pizza slices for prepaid participants.

***Current Cayuga Community College students can attend free of charge on October 16 only.***

Registration is required for all participants (including CCC students). Make sure to choose the correct location and date for the program you wish to attend.
