Led by Mo Tidball, CCE Nutrition Issue Leader and creator of the, and Seneca County CCE Master Food Preservers, this one-hour workshop will teach you how to safely can venison, beef, small game, fish, and poultry. Samples will be provided.

Canning meat takes even the toughest cuts and makes it fork tender, creating a shelf stable food that can quickly be prepared into a meal (and helps save freezer space too!)


$10 per person. Scholarships available.
