Dear Friends of Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension,
As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to affect our lives, Seneca County CCE has continued to reach out and serve the people of the county with reliable, research-based information and innovative programming. Although we had hoped to be back at Knapp Winery & Restaurant this year, for the second year in a row, we will hold a Virtual Annual Meeting to review the Association’s accomplishments and conduct its annual business. We hope you will be able to join us!
The meeting will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, December 6, 2021 in the comfort of your own home! Although refreshments can’t be provided, registrants will be sent several recipes they are welcome to make to serve as “Meeting Munchies”, courtesy of SCCCE’s nutrition educators.
The meeting agenda includes approval of the 2020 Annual Meeting minutes, election of Board members, approval of the Association Constitution, a review of 2021 activities and success stories and the presentation of the “Friend of Extension” Award. CCE State Director Dr. Chris Watkins who will give an update on the overall CCE system, will again join us. All individuals over 18 who are Seneca County residents and are in any way involved in or use the services of any Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension program as volunteers, participants, or supporters are eligible to attend and vote.
We have much to be proud of this year at SCCCE and hope you will be able to take time out of your schedule to join us to share in our accomplishments!
