Hybrid Workshop:

In-person participants will make and take home a jar of roasted Roma sauce.

Virtual participants will receive recipes and notes by email.

Learn from CCE Master Food Preservers how to can tomatoes in a hot water bath, can stewed tomatoes and sauce in a pressure canner, plus tips on freezing and dehydrating tomatoes.
