Pam Lane, a
Master Food Preserver, says, “my daughter and granddaughter both love Mema’s
ketchup, they could eat it with a spoon!”Let us show you how to embrace a more self-reliant lifestyle, one small
step at a time, starting with learning how to make these everyday pantry
staples at home in just 30 minutes. Learn how to confidently create healthier
versions using wholesome ingredients and cutting out unnecessary preservatives
and added amounts of sugar and salt. By buying fresh, locally sourced
ingredients, you are also supporting local farms and businesses. Making your
own condiments is economical and environmentally friendly too. You will be
saving money making family sized products while minimizing plastic containers
and excess packaging. If you are in
need of special accommodations, please contact the office at (315) 539-9251 or
 email seneca@cornell.edu.
