Through hands-on demonstrations led by CCE Seneca Master Food Preservers, learn how to safely preserve meat and meals with a pressure canner and dehydrator.
We will also discuss how to make and preserve soup, broth, and jerky.
Participants will have samples to taste including a charcuterie board filled with past workshop preservations and recipes to take home.
