Living History Workshop

  • Sunday, November 6, 2016, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Interested in history, theater or hands on projects? Are you a Civil War buff or a Laura Ingalls Wilder fan? If so, a new group that is forming may be something to try!

Living History is a 4-H project area that will be meeting the first Sunday of each month beginning in November. We will be exploring the mid-1800s and particularly the time around the Civil War.

At this workshop, participants will complete a Living History Scavenger Hunt, see how you can dip candles at home, make a piece of Victorian marbled paper, taste some historic cake and learn about all the fun we will be having this year at Living History First Sundays!

Bring a friend! They don’t need to be a Seneca County 4-Her or even enrolled in 4-H for this first meeting.

Please RSVP by Wednesday, October 26th if you plan to attend this first meeting.

For further information contact Allison Sacheli at allisonsacheli@yahoo.com.
