Pam Lane, Master Preserver, will be demonstrating how to make beef jerky using dehydration as the preserving technique. She will discuss in step-by-step detail the best cuts to use and how to different meats, including venison. You will walk away from this class with an understanding of how to make delicious jerkies and samples to try later at home.
